Had a great experience with Gentspa for my wedding day bridal & bridal party hair & makeup! I also did a trial a few months prior. Danielle, manager, was easy to work with and offered a discounted group rate. She also arranged for our group appointment to start early at 7am to ensure a timely start for my 1pm ceremony. The salon staff made sure to get feedback from me to ensure all my ladies' looks were not only beautiful on each lady, but also created a cohesive bridesmaids' group look consistent with my vision. I have nothing but nice things to say about Gentspa! The level of service you receive when you walk in is outstanding, everyone is friendly and attentive to your presence. They are punctual and professional. I get my hair cut by Marty and he get's it right every time.I would also like to add to this review and say Mimi did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair today. I normally see Kimber at Gentspa but she is limiting her hours so I scheduled a haircut with Mimi. Was very, very disappointed! I asked for a stacked bob and was confident at the on-set of the consult we were on the same page about my request. I had layers in my hair already. I basically ended up with a trim. Mimi is nice but I'm not looking for nice in a stylist. Something went terribly wrong. After discussing my dissatisfaction with her before leaving and reviewing our conversation she said that a picture would have helped. OMG! A stacked bob style has been around forever and this request should not have been such a challenge. She showed me a picture of a stacked bob and I said that is what I wanted - she said I can fix it for you and give you this cut. I sat there a minute and thought to myself if we weren't on the same page to begin with how do I know we are on the same page now. I declined her fixing. Wasn't going to take the gamble. I like this salon but will definitely wait on Kimber.read more

Ask for Kim (an awesome human) for a great Mani Pedi that doesn't break the bank. Clean upscale fun atmosphere, drinks, excellent services by experienced professionals. The Mani was memorable with a decadent almond exfoliating moisturizer.read more

I moved here from CA on a year contract and didn’t have a stylist. I thought since they were in a hotel and had spa and other nice pampering they would do a good job. Gentspa is a wonderful place to get a haircut in downtown Indy. Owner Marty always offers me a coffee and validates my parking at the Hilton. Just steps from the circle. $25 for a mens cut. Marty usually cuts the guys hair. Superwoman Natalie cuts both men and womens hair. Therapeutic massage, gift certificates are also available. They also have a second location at Chase Tower on the circle where I'll give a shout out to Liz!read more

Appointment Policy:

Late Arrivals - if you will be late please call us and let us know. We cannot guarantee you will get your full service, as we may have clients afterwards. Appointments will be charged 100% of original services scheduled. Appointments more than 15 minutes late without a call will be considered a no show and charged 100% of service.

Cancellations - We will require a 24 hour notice of all appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of service amount.

No Shows - Will be charge 100% of service amount.
