Kim was amazing! My wife and I stayed in the Hilton, my wife got a facial, I got a haircut/beard trim, and we both got pedicures! The environment is chill and intimate!Kim started with the facial, then haircut, and then the pedicures. She let us know exactly how our visit would go and she exceeded.my expectations. She is very down to earth and is great at what she does.We cannot wait to return!

Very enjoyable visit for hair cut. Wonderful atmosphere. Clean and neat place with reasonable fees especially for downtown spa. I recommend and will return.

Tired of the chain haircut places that give you good/bad hit or miss of a haircut? Then gentspa might be a good option. Good quality haircut with washing that isn't too pricey.

Ask for Kim (an awesome human) for a great Mani Pedi that doesn't break the bank. Clean upscale fun atmosphere, drinks, excellent services by experienced professionals. The Mani was memorable with a decadent almond exfoliating moisturizer.

This was my first experience having a mani and pedi and I must say I’m very impressed the nice woman who pampered me also educated me on upkeep and how frequent I should return she had great conversation makes me want to come back really soon

My favorite salon downtown Indianapolis. I used to go to Red’s but their quality deteriorated over time with prices going up. Kim S. Is great and knows what I like and prefer and makes a great job every time I visit.

Had a great experience with Gentspa for my wedding day bridal & bridal party hair & makeup! I also did a trial a few months prior. Danielle, manager, was easy to work with and offered a discounted group rate. She also arranged for our group appointment to start early at 7am to ensure a timely start for my 1pm ceremony. The salon staff made sure to get feedback from me to ensure all my ladies' looks were not only beautiful on each lady, but also created a cohesive bridesmaids' group look consistent with my vision. Gentspa is an excellent choice for a downtown Indy wedding!!!

I have nothing but nice things to say about Gentspa! The level of service you receive when you walk in is outstanding, everyone is friendly and attentive to your presence. They are punctual and professional. I get my hair cut by Marty and he get's it right every time.I would also like to add to this review and say Mimi did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair today. She was friendly and receptive to the way i wanted my hair cut. Top Marks!

If you're needing a great cut and an awesome staff, look no further. I routinely make an appointment when I find the free time, about 3-4 hours beforehand, and GentSpa has never once failed to get me in at my requested time. Heather will get you the best eyebrow trim in Indy. If you're needing a cut, Gentspa is the spot.

Live downtown Indianapolis and I could go anywhere - GentSpa is my favorite. Heather is a true master stylist and superb with color, Danielle takes excellent care of my skin, and I get my nails done here too (I recommend the gel manicure - lasts forever and looks great). Love what they've done for me!

Gentspa is a wonderful place to get a haircut in downtown Indy. Owner Marty always offers me a coffee and validates my parking at the Hilton. Just steps from the circle. $25 for a mens cut. Marty usually cuts the guys hair. Superwoman Natalie cuts both men and womens hair. Therapeutic massage, gift certificates are also available. They also have a second location at Chase Tower on the circle where I'll give a shout out to Liz!
